STORM DOES MUCH DAMAGE.

STORM DOES MUCH DAMAGE.
The electrical storm that passed over Marion County Tuesday night destroyed two barns and killed five horses valued at $3,500, belonging to Jasper McConnel, three miles northwest of Oaklandon. The storm also damaged a house owned by Ernest McCoy in Lawrence. Bolts of lightning struck both the barn and the house about 9:30 o'colck[sic] In the evening. No one was Injured. McCoy's house was badly damaged, plastering being torn down In several rooms. Mr. McConnel's loss was covered by Insurance.
