John Coery, a farmer living near Oaklandon. and his son Alexander were slightly Injured yesterday afternoon at Delaware and Ohio streets by being thrown from their wagon. The wagon was struck by a Columbia-avenue car south bound. Both horses were knocked down and one of them became wedged between the car wheels. Both father and son narrowly escaped being thrown under the wheels.

Case Reaches the Jury. The case of William A, Davidson, of Oaklandon. charged with attempting to criminally assault Dorsle Apple, eight years old, Aug. 29, 1899, reached the Jury at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon.
