Motion Overruled.

Judge Howland yesterday overruled tho motion of Alexander Klepfer and others for a new trial. Klepfer was granted a license by the County Commissioners to sell liquor at Oaklandon. The citizens remonstrating appealed to the Circuit Court, and there the case was decided in their favor, much to the joy of Oaklandon citizens. Following the overruling of the motion for a new trial, Klepfer appealed to the Supreme Court
